I have to have 3 unique bank accounts with different names for my business, which requires 3 different EIN/Tax ID numbers. How will that affect my business filing?

My business is real estate - so I have an EIN for my business income/expenses but also require 2 additional bank accounts (trust accounts) that will handle monies. These are no income sources for my business, but rather to simply facilitate funds between two other parties. However, my bank requires I have an tax ID number for each account. How does that work with tax filing?
