I was extremely frustrated with this issue also. However I saw a post that said in the AGI put $0 for both.
I did that and it worked perfectly. It does not effect your return it is to get the irs to accept your return.
I believe due to the pandemic they are so far behind so if you filed your taxes late in the year of 2020 for 2019 they do not have it uploaded in the system.
