Nobody is paying attention to your original error message that started this whole thread including you ... and me ... initially. The error message was:
“Form 1099-NEC worksheet (company name of company that paid me): A link to Schedule C and a link to either Schedule F, Form 8919 (Wages) or Other Income Statement have been selected to report nonemployee compensation. Only one can be selected. You must remove the link that is not applicable.“
What this means is that only 1 option in Box 1 can be used, but from your screen shot, you have both a link to a Schedule C and the “Other Income” box checked. I unchecked this latter box, and the Turbo Tax review error went away.
