Support is open 16 hours/day every day this time of year. TurboTax Support hours this time of year are 5AM-9PM Pacific 7 days a week.

Or you can use this online refund request form 24 hours per day without having to talk to anyone. After submitting the request you get a tracking number, and the tool allows you to track your refund request. This is the method I would use if I had to submit one.
