Completely missing the point!
Don't care anymore to get them to help. Will go to another application. Tired of this resetting stuff.
Registration worked fine, taxes started. Mine, spouse, kids. All of them locked in.
Now I want out. 20+ years of QuickTax and now TurboTax. Will rebuild everything somewhere else.
So, if you do not mind, if you do not have the information for refunds, because these idiots do not want to answer e-mails, and I do not want to waste my time on the phone, then do not reply!
