if you have any carryforward info on your return from 2019 it will not transfer to her 2020 return (different accounts) so those will need to be entered manually on her (joint) return. in fact nothing from your return will transfer including any tax liability you had which is needed if you are subject to penalties for underpaying estimated taxes. also her AGI for e-filing comes from her return but your AGI comes from your return. critical if you want to e-file.
