Why is my tax amount not listed on the tax schedule? Single taxpayer, taxable income of $32,307. Per Fed tax table on IRS.gov, tax should be $3,689.Turbotax shows $3,443?

TurboTax didn't print any other tax schedules that shows this calculation, so I can't tell whether the IRS tax pub online hasn't been updated or there's another issue

Any capital gains? They are taxed at a lower rate.

There is no issue and the program is correct.  The Tax Table is not used in a vast number of returns.  Your tax is calculated based on the kind of income in your return.  if you have Qualified dividends or Capital gains income, your tax rate is lower than the table, which assumes your income is all taxed as ordinary income.  Look at your forms by clicking the forms icon in the upper right.  On the left, look for capital gains or qualified dividends worksheets.
