On the Deductions and Credits page there is a section for "Estimates and other taxes paid". You may have to click something like "show me more options" or "let me choose what to work on" if it doesn't come up right away. There is one page for entering 2020 estimated taxes (state and federal) and another page where you can enter state taxes paid for a prior year.
