@CSGOLLIDAY Assuming - You received an acceptance email from TurboTax but the IRS shows no information available.
You need to:
- Log into your return and verify that your return was accepted by the IRS. If rejected, correct and refile.
- If accepted, get the DCN, Declaration Control Number, from TurboTax. You can fill this form out for someone to call you.
- Call the IRS and give them the DCN so they can trace your return. IRS customer support, 1-800-829-0922, is available Monday through Friday from 7AM to 7PM.
