You may have 2 options to filing.
One, if there is a Payer's TIN and a State/Payer's state no in box 6 you can enter in TurboTax the Form 1099-NEC including in box 1 the amount from box 7.
Your other option is if there is no Payer's TIN and State/Payer's state no in box 6 , you can add the income amount as Business Income, General Income and not enter it as Form 1099-NEC.
You will be able to enter ordinary and necessary business expenses related to this income in either option.
