In the "Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020" section, I'm at the screen in TurboTax Deluxe that says "How much did you pay in 2020 towards state or local taxes for 2018 or a prior year?" I filed 2018 Amended taxes (federal and NY state) and paid some money in 2020 for the amended taxes. Does this question have anything to do with payments sent with amended forms?
