The CSV from Turbo doesn't have the information grouped in such way.
For example, how does the sale date correspond to any specific purchase date if there are multiple purchase dates? To calculate proceeds the exchange rates need to be used.
I do this on my own spreadsheet, but I don't see it in the one generated by Coinbase
