I have filed my KY taxes FOUR times. KY has rejected my taxes FOUR times. TurboTax says it's fine every time. My email doesn't list any error codes. This is what the email says:

However, all of the information was fine for my federal and for my Mississippi taxes. All I can guess is that the stupid company I worked for in Kentucky listed my work location as Florence, OH, but that's not my fault. My taxes went to Ohio, not Kentucky, even though I wasn't living or working in Ohio. How am I supposed to fix this? And if that ISN'T the reason my return is being rejected, then why is it being rejected? I'm literally putting in all of the information correctly and getting no guidance from TurboTax.
