Filed Jan 27, "Accepted" Feb 11.
I just went back and reviewed the data in my file and it now corrected the error by asking a specific question about the total RRC amounts received. It did not do this at the time I filed. I received the 2nd one on Jan 15th., well before I filed, so I know I entered the right figures.
Your point is well taken regarding the guarantee however, but this leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.
