Is there no customer service??? I am using turbotax premier, but when I call customer service it says I'm using the free online version and they wont transfer me.
My turbotax fails to save my file and gives me the 567809 error. I cannot get through the automated prompts when I call turbotax to actually talk to a live person. This is beyond frustrating, please assist.
