This is ASSININE...the amount of hoops we have to jump through to get out of the freefile program...I got stuck in this loop by accident and now I'm on the verge of throwing my computer away it's so frustrating. And I'm not the only person in our household who uses this computer, so we have several levels of "tax filer" from a student to a self-employed person, to a retiree...unacceptable TurboTax...it should not be THIS difficult to "UNselect" freefile...for crying out loud...I'd rather go back to the old fashioned paper format...It would take less time at this point.
