Which product are you using? Online or CD/download?
What do you mean, it disappears? The sum of qualified dividends will appear in line 3a on your 1040 and ordinary dividends will appear in 3b.
You should be able to go there even if you are using the Online product (Click on Tax Tools on the left, then Tools, then click on View Tax Summary in the center, then Preview my 1040 back on the left).
If the amounts in 3a and 3b show your totals, you are OK.
