@fanfare is correct - you will have to create a brand-new account, using a different email than what you and you ex-spouse used for your previous account. You won't be able to save or transfer previous year's tax data with a new account.

• Select the TurboTax product you would like to use from  Let’s find the right tax solution for you.
• On the next screen, do NOT select "I used TurboTax" - doing that will take you to the sign-in screen for existing accounts, and you need to create a new one.
• Create your new account with a different email
