Refund was rejected cuz the IRS thinks my husband is dead, because SS accidentally marked him as diceased for some reason when we applied for disability Wth do I do now?

Applied for ssdi for hubby, SS accidentally marked him diceased. I cleared it up with SS and he receives disability.  But the IRS still thinks he's dead. Can't even file out taxes now. It was rejected
