I simply LOST my activation code too. There has been "no" real live person to speak with or helpful ideas off the WEB. I have used TurboTax since 2001 and this activation code was never even used. You think that would at least embed the code in the "About TurboTax" menu for the owner of that copy to access my product. I paid for this software, and I should be able to use it in accordance with the license agreement. I understand the importance of TurboTax's statement "Keep this code in a safe place," but things just get lost. What worse is that no one at TurbTax is there to help.
