Thank you for responding. I figured out the problem. It didn't show the form as I was filling in my information but the amount listed on top did change to show the spread within 3 years. Its just you wont see the physical form 8915E until the very end when they give u chance to review all the forms before submitting. LOL sorry, I was doing this real late at night and I was nervous. I should have realized sooner.
