Since the website saying you should contact the IRS, there's probably not an issue with your return, just a delay.
This isn’t an uncommon situation, but the IRS advises that you not call them unless
- It's been 21 days or more since you e-filed, or
- It's been six weeks or more since you mailed your return, or when
- Where’s My Refund? tells you to contact the IRS.

Make sure to have filing status, the refund amount, and you (and your spouse’s, if married on the return) Social Security Number available for the IRS representative.
