Hi
I got one payment of PUA and have got the 1099 form. The tax was deducted from that PUA amount. I got the notice to refund the amount and appeal is in process for the remaining PUA amounts.
What should I do , can I got ahead and file taxes or wait for the PUA appeal process decision.
