It depends. The amount of your third stimulus will be based on either your 2019 or your 2020 income tax returns. We don't have the numbers from your tax returns to do this calculation.
You stimulis will not be offset by stimulus.
Your stimulus could be garnished for umpaid privated debts, but that wouldn't affect the amount that directly deposited.
