To enter your estimated tax payment(s) in TurboTax Desktop, while in your return:
- Click on Search
- Type "Estimated Tax Payments" and hit Enter
- Click on Go to Estimated Tax Payments
- Next to "State estimated taxes for 2020" click on Start/Review
- Answer Yes to "Did you pay state estimated taxes for 2020"
- Indicate the state, edit the dates, and enter the correct amount of your estimated payments
