I am trying to e-file my tax return but it says my transmission can't go through because " you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets". I've been using turbo tax for 7+ years and I have never run into this or any other issue.
My return is pretty basic and the only thing that I changed this year was that during this past year I was no longer a full time NYC resident (selected nonresident) but still a full time New York State resident (moved to different area of NY).
Can anyone provide some insight? I read other suggestions about clearing your browser cache, etc. which I did and that didn't seem to fix anything...I also have all my forms filled out (nothing is outstanding or missing) so I am unsure what the issue is.
