Does Intuit "customer service" even exist?

Has anyone ever tried to talk to an actual customer service representative?  The automated support is worthless.  When you can finally get it to give you a service ID number and a phone number to call you get someone that you can barely understand.  They are completely unable to work an issue without a script that they want to go through line-by-line.  There is no email customer service and no direct phone number.  Very disappointed.
