If you filed your tax return for 2020 but there wasn't a recovery rebate credit listed on line 30 of it, then you should wait until you receive your refund to see if it is included with it even though it wasn't on your tax return. If not, you can file an amended return in TurboTax to include the recovery rebate credit and you should receive your missing stimulus payment of $600.
