Yeah that's not true. That response does not work. I spent hours on the phone for that and they could not important it except for the select providers they have partnered with apparently. Turbotax does not care to fix this for their customers. No clue why. Allowing the import of a CSV file for trades is one of the most basic ways of adding tax info possible.
