I purchased 2020 TT (CD, Mac) and cannot transfer my 2019 return (also CD, Mac). I need a password that I forgot. Clicking "Forgot your password" does not help. Password was not saved in keychain but in another password saver called Roboform. Will it help to delete the cd version and install the on-line version?
