Same issue with 1099-NEC. I am filing jointly. My spouse is the one with the 1099-NEC, but it insist I put my name in. It will not me complete unless I do. I have tried deleting the 1099-NEC, getting out of the program, then re entering the 1099-NEC with his name. All is well until the end, when it has me review and once again says I have the wrong name in there. I am not willing to pay for assistance on line when the issue is with the program and not me
