Hi! Thanks for the response! Yes I’m a Canadian citizen and moved to the US in June of 2015 and left in June of 2018 (and moved out of my rental apartment and took all my belongings with me). After I left I continued to do some freelance work for my company which is based in NYC but I was not living or presently in the US at the time (I was living in Europe temporarily before moving back to Canada). So I’m trying to clarify if I declare that freelance work as being NY resident or not. Thank you!
