If your 2019 tax return has not been processed, that will affect receiving stimulus payments. We are not sure how missing payments for the 3rd stimulus will be handled. I would imagine that if you can get your 2020 tax return filed, you may be able to get the 3rd stimulus without having to wait until 2022. @lb77
