According to their website:
"All Dashers need to accept the invite from DoorDash 2018
in order to access their 2018 1099-MISC form.
If you had a Payable account for a previous year, please register a new email in order to access your 2018 1099-MISC form. You do not have to use the same email associated with your Dasher account."
