Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Thanks for the helpful suggestion-- and reaching out with concern. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work. I spoke by phone to a TT representative and was told that the fix was to update Windows !0 which I did. There was no problem for a week and then today it happened again. I tried to save the file in multiple ways but Error 567809 kept appearing, and eventually the program just shut down and re-opened! A lengthy call with another TT rep. ended with the advice that I would have to erase my file and start over! After weeks of work with some information included which cannot be redone, I will not do this. Meanwhile, I try to go online periodically to check for updates. This automatically saves the file so that I won't lose whatever I enter after that point. But then I have to recall what I recently entered so as to redo. This may lead to duplication errors.

Hopefully, TT will have more specialized techs. who can analyze the problem rather than just read off suggestions when I call on Monday.
