Yes. You can mail it in. However, without the IT 558 NY state form Turbo Tax had me getting $7,000 more than after I was able to use the IT 558 form. So unless you’re a CPA I wouldn’t mail it in if NYS rejected your returns when you tried to efile (as with what happened with me).
