Your response is already known, but I use turbotax to generate my North Carolina State Tax, and YOU CAN DEDUCT VEHICLE PROPERTY TAX. Turbo Tax NEEDS the information to correctly generate my North Carolina Taxes. It would be better for them to collect ALL RELEVANT DATA, incase upon review something provided earlier is incorrect or in the case of my State Taxes it needs the data.
