Get me out of the FREEFILE version

It is mid March (bugs should be fixed by now) and no matter what browser I use or even what computer, as soon as I log in I'm back to the freefile version -- which I never wanted in the first place!!  If I have to start over perhaps I will have to use a different product altogether.

 

Its just a shame because I've used Turbotax for many years.

 

I've logged out completely, gone to PREMIER VERSION link and clicked that - logged in - and I'm back to the free version.  It's maddening!!!!  Changed browsers - same result.  No matter what link I choose (keep choosing Premier) or what browser I try, once logged in I'm back in the free version.
