The message is "Box14a for electronic filing NY state witholdings cannot be greater than or equal to gross distribution or state distribution". Makes no sense - there is no Box14a on 1099R also state distribution is 10% of gross distribution on the form. Please fix so I can efile - very frustrating as calls with two specialists did not help!
