I amended my tax return and took my 18 year old daughter out because she wants to file separate. She has tried to file but keeps getting rejected. What can we do next?

We already received our return. We are waiting for the IRS to tell us how much we now owe them for what they gave us for her originally. But she is stuck with her filing.
