Hi guys,
my 19's IRS transcript shows "verification of non-filing of returns". I called IRS. They told me that the file by mail is backlogging, so there is no data for my return (but my check has been cashed).
I am working on the tax return this year and try to e-file, they reject my filing by "Reject Code IND-031-04".
What should I do? is the file by mail the only option I have right now?
