TurboTax is a tax preparation software for self prepared tax returns. Once your return is transmitted to the IRS TurboTax is no longer involved in the process. TurboTax does not receive information on the types of returns not processed for whatever reason.
I venture to guess that it is not the line 30 thing that you mentioned. IRS has is probably focusing on getting the Forms created to accommodate the new tax law changes and programming to go with that, while preparing to send out the 3rd Stimulus checks, while doing the daily ordinary processing. There have been so many changes due to the pandemic that is is probably making things run a little slow.
