As xmasbaby0 said, TurboTax is certainly aware of this, and will roll out any changes (if any are needed) in due course.
As you can imagine, TurboTax employees are extremely busy at the moment dealing with the flurry of tax issues that have changed on a day-by-day basis. Since Congress, the IRS, and the states are "moving the goalposts" every day in terms of what is expected for 2020 returns, it is difficult to predict when any one change will be implemented.
Also note that the IRS announced just the other day that they were including all 77 counties in Oklahoma and 64 parishes in Louisiana in these changes.
