Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I am having the same problem.  For my Brokerage Account, I get the message, "This import was unsuccessful or there are no brokerage tax forms available at this time.  For more information on tax form availability, visit vanguard.com/taxcenter or if you continue to experience problems, please contact Vanguard at [phone number removed]."  For my Mutual Fund Accounts, I get the message, "No 1099 tax forms are available for this account.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact Vanguard at [phone number removed]."  I have not contacted Vanguard regarding these problems.  I have received printed copies.
