Hi, Just where I clicked on "File", Turbo tax showed me this message: We’re having trouble processing your billing information. What should I do?
They added, click on the help button to speak to a an expert. Basically they are asking for money? I don't get this..I started with the basic version of Turbotax coz that's what I need.
