I am not understanding what you are saying so, how would a person know if it is there regular tax return or some form of stimulus payment? I checked my return on the IRS website it said it was sent and a letter will be mailed showing why the amount changed. This was a HUGE amount taken away. The amount should not have changed all of the reason the gave for it changing none of the reason I fall under. I hope I can reach the IRS on the phone.
