How do I get TurboTax Premiere to import 1099B brokerage information from Wells Fargo Advisors into my return?

Once I select Wells Fargo Advisors, I get the screen to enter my WFA username and password. When I enter those, my only options at the bottom of the screen are: BACK and SKIP IMPORT.  The CONTINUE button is grayed out and is not available.
