You DID use the right channel for your question. This forum is the proper initial channel most of the time, because many of the forum helpers here are experienced users who have seen almost everything over the years, maybe not individually but as a group. Of course, nothing account-specific can be handled in public here. And sometimes it's not so easy to reach Customer Support by phone. I only provided the Support contact info in case you encountered a problem when trying to print, such as if it was not properly applying your TRP discount and had tried to charge you.
