Based on press reported Stimulus 3 phase-out/cutoff of eligibility ($150,000 AGI for married filing jointly) my TY2019 return will render me ineligible for the stimulus. My TY2020 return will render me fully eligible. To ensure my eligibility for the stimulus must I file my TY2020 return (or perhaps an almost complete placeholder) before the president signs the bill on Friday?
