I have tried to fix my return that was rejected because of my AIG, but the amount on my 2019 Tax Return is the amount that was rejected. what do I do now?

The amount on my 2019 Tax Return is $27,261, and that is the amount that the IRS is rejecting. I have tried to return and just mail it, but is not giving me that option?
